The density of the product base material can reach 0.65 kg/m³, and the surface flatness is extremely high. It can be directly applied to various surface skins without the need for additional leveling treatment. The rapid-growing eucalyptus wood engineered wood base material produced by patented technology has significant advantages over traditional pine plywood. The latest research shows that the water absorption rate of eucalyptus plywood is approximately 30% lower than that of pine plywood (86.18% compared to 116.44%).
Our commercial plywood uses specially treated eucalyptus wood as the core board substrate. This engineered wood veneer is made by planing the end faces of the engineered wood blocks, and then each layer is arranged crosswise according to the grain direction and bonded by hot plastic film hot pressing.

Our products demonstrate outstanding performance in several key performance indicators. According to comparative studies, the thickness expansion rate of eucalyptus veneered plywood is only 1.86%, which is significantly lower than that of pine plywood at 3.34%.
In terms of size variation, the shrinkage rates of our products in the length, width and thickness directions are 0.72%, 0.68% and 4.63% respectively, while the poplar plywood shows larger values.
In terms of density, the eucalyptus plywood reaches 633.2 kg/m³, which is higher than the 569.6 kg/m³ of the pine plywood. This directly enhances the dimensional stability and structural strength of the product.
