PET faced mdf board

PET faced mdf board is referred to as PET faced mdf board, while medium density fiberboard is referred to as MDF. PET faced mdf board is a popular material for furniture,because it is non-toxic, durable, impact- and scratch-resistant, and has good water and moisture barrier properties. The surface is made of imported PET from Korea. High-tech German technique uses PUR glue and high heat and pressure to adhere the PET surface to MDF.

A second PE protective film is applied to the board’s front side to secure the high surface strength; this film shouldn’t be removed until the furniture has been put together. Using non-abrasive cleaning products made for plastic surfaces will help you keep the surface spotless and beautiful. All regular saws and standard edging lines can be used to format and edge PET Laminated MDF boards.
