Compared with traditional melamine MDF, the Synchronized Melamine MDF use textured synchronous steel plates during the hot pressing process. The textures on the steel plates correspond exactly to the patterns on the decorative paper. During the hot pressing, the concave and convex structures of the steel plates will be replicated onto the surface of the board, making the physical textures on the surface match the printed patterns synchronously, creating a three-dimensional effect. This requires high-precision positioning of the decorative paper for the Synchronized Melamine MDF, with more precise equipment and more complex processes. Overall, the ordinary melamine density board process can only meet basic decoration needs, while the Synchronized Melamine MDF achieve high simulation of natural materials through the dual enhancement of vision and touch, and have a high pursuit.

The expansion rate of traditional density board after soaking can reach 15% - 30%. After multiple tests and improvements by the factory, it has been synchronized that the expansion rate of the flower-patterned melamine density board after soaking for 24 hours is less than 5%, making it more suitable for use in cabinets and bathroom cabinets, custom furniture panels, and decorative wall panels.
